From what I have found in my own research Ink is compatible with this laptop/touchscreen, and pretty much any quality Bluetooth enabled pen should work. I am pretty sure the App does need to be downloaded from the Microsoft Store, I don't believe there is a charge but I have not as yet decided on a pen so I have not downloaded the app. But Ink IS compatible....
