If you mean, does it completely shut down when you power it off; yes. If you mean if something goes wrong with the graphics card will it stop working completely; not too sure. All-in-ones are like the hybrid laptop/desktop with stronger leans towards desktops. Laptop internal parts, but works like a desktop all the same. You can put it in standby mode.
