Fantastic for my daughter who just started high school. My eight year old son can work on it on his own without any difficulty. They can do their homework on the school web site with no issues. I'm very happy I chose this computer for my kids. Excellent quality.

Love this touch screen computer, it’s fast and it gets the job done

Purchased for family member. The requirements were larger screen, good amount of memory, and reasonable performance. This computer does all that. If I needed a computer for significant business work or graphics, etc., I would probably look for a more robust system. This system allows for basic tasks and is capable of performing consistently. The users are older (elderly), and they appreciate the screen size and clarity.

We needed a computer for our office to basically run the software for a small security system that isn't allowed to be on our company's internal network. I'm happy to say this computer does the job well. It's very simple to set up--waiting on Windows 10 took the longest amount of time. Other than that it's very straightforward and done almost entirely with the touch-screen. The screen is bright and responsive, though with the design there can be a bit of a glare in a bright room. Otherwise the display is nice and suitably detailed. The touchscreen controls seem to work perfectly, though the mouse and keyboard are more than adequate as well for detailed typing jobs. If you need a basic Windows system and want a touchscreen this system works very well. It's budget-friendly, seems sturdy enough and responds quickly to simple commands.

The computer performs when not being used for >1 task. It is slow but it is a very inexpensive machine. it satisfies my needs of remoting into a computer at my office. The issue I am having is I would like to hook a 2nd monitor up to this all in one and I am having trouble. i am attempting to use hdmi cable to VGA to connect to second monitor and the 2nd monitor is not being detected. Please advise on how I can connect a second monitor to this all in one.

I cannot even begin to express my frustration with this computer. I purchased this computer thinking that the specs were impressive and could satisfy my needs, which were only simple word processing and searching the internet. Boy was I wrong. The computer could would take an inordinate amount of time to do anything, from starting up, to opening Word, to opening up Chrome, etc. Further, the internet connection was so slow on this computer. I have the fastest Internet available in my area. On my phone, which I just did as I'm typing this, I have a connection of 378.6 Mbps. However, on this computer, I never got over 100. Making matters worse is the non-stop ads that continuously pop up on your desktop because it is a Windows-based machine. I returned the computer within 5 days of owning it. It was that slow and horrible.

Easy to set up and has a small foot print. Needs more RAM as it operates veey slow. It does not process video very well and i xan make a sandwich while it boots up.

Pretty slow compared to a lot of devices but serves its purpose doesn’t take up much space which is a plus and very light and easy to move around

I wish I had got more memory. The E2 is a little on the slow side. Works for what I bought it for so it's a good value to me.

I bought two of these for employees. They seem to do the job just fine. The employees using these don't do any heavy computing so I can't attest to high functionality but they work great for internet, social media posting of business products, etc. The only thing I personally have noticed that I am not a fan of is how low they sit to the desk with no stand. If I were using it, I would purchase a stand as I like to sit a little higher and feel I would really slouch using this computer.

I bought this computer just have in a common area for easy use (i.e. shopping, browsing, word docs, etc.) While the computer is nice looking and used wireless connectivity for the keyboard and mouse, it had some issues. After setting up the computer I found that the CPU and Disk were being utilized at 100% almost constantly without having anything other than the task manager open. I performed some recommendations found on the Dell forums to fix this issue but it never did. Just having a couple of tabs open would slow the computer down significantly. Though it has only 4 gigs of RAM, I feel this should not have cause such lag. We ultimately returned it and purchased another computer with 8 gigs of RAM and a SSD. If I didn't have this issue, we would have kept it.

So only reason it gets a 4 star because when I started it up it said display mode and manual did not explain everything and I had to go back to the store to get informed it was just a couple of clicks away other than that this computer is awesome charges your phone even with the otter box cover on and sound and picture I love downside also I believe it doesn’t have for disc insert

I bought this as a house warming gift to myself because I've been needing a computer for a while, and so far, this all-in-one works very well for my needs. Primarily, I only use it when I need to look something up, download files and docs, or type something up and use a printer. It was processing everything really slow at first, but once I had everything set up, like the firewall/security, default browser, other devices like printer and wifi connection, it worked a lot faster and a lot smoother. For basic needs, it works wonders!

Easy set up. Runs as expected. No problems thus far. Use mainly for research and office programs at this time. Have not used DVD player. Going to do that right now and will return in a few to complete review.....um. Not letting me play my DVD. Keep getting ad to upgrade. Will have to look into it. Disappointing if CD/DVD player doesn't work unless purchase upgrade. WIll get back to everyone on that. Otherwise, computer and touch screen as expected.

This computer was a great buy , from the touch screen to the slickest look . I love everything about it . Fits perfect on my desk at work . Processor is not the fastest but it gets the job done It’s a great computer for a college student also , my teen daughter even loved the touch screen as her laptop doesn’t have that feature

Use it for retail business. Doesn’t take up much counter space and has a classy look

The computer is a bit slow but once it starts working it is very nice to have while checking email and other things for my business.

Right out of the box, setup was simple except for all the Cortana stuff and sign up for things stuff. It is a very basic device with the specs and price we got it for. This works out for us as its use will be limited to web and email. All in all good for us, but if you want quick, fast, and responsive, get one with more under the hood. I do like the form factor as it is sleek and neat without a big box or cables hanging all over the place.

This computer was used for a POS for local business. Works great, touch screen is accurate and smooth. Could use more memory but for what I used it for this worked great for price.
