No games, movies, apps. After purchasing I installed all the junk I wasn’t going to use and still a very slow computer. I didn’t expect it to work like my MacBook Pro or my Razer Blade 15, But was a disappointment overall. Pay the extra cash and get something a little better.

We're glad that you have found a way for your computer to work a little faster for you. We'd also recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to speed up your computer:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Slowest computer

How was I to know that this computer was about as slow as my old IBM 286. I kept thinking something was wrong with the set up. 2 hours to load Norton Security. Who would think that in 2019 anyone would make a computer this slow. I finally brought it back about a week later to Geek Squad to see what was wrong. Basically they told me there was nothing wrong but this model was never going to go faster. Thankfully, I was within the return period so I returned it and purchased something else. The computer is unusable.

In the future we'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to speed up your computer. You can also try to remove programs that are pre-installed on your computer that you do not plan to use in order to increase the speed.

Great deal for basic needs

I wouldn’t recommend for anything more intense than small Home Office or daily household use but it def gets the job done for regular everyday use.
