In the picture shown, the wire coming out of the side is fixed to docking. That's the C port wire that connects to laptop.
A:AnswerI don't see how it can work with a device that does not have a C port. C port is the trend now with laptops for the past couple of years. I bought my Dell Inspirion 16 2in1 about a year ago. That was new to me.
