“How much pressure does the to lid have when closed on something. I want to cook hamburger patties but don't want to smoosh out all the juices. Ill also be using the flat plates to let it cook in it's own fat. Thanks”

• It smashed out the juices. Just flip them or else they will be dry. Goes for any meat. I just use it for sandwiches.

• Pressure is normal! Ive used it for paninis and grilling and it heats fast and cooks evenly. And best part, cleans super easily. Just wipe off while hot
