• Yes you can have 5 different settings for all 5 speakers.

• Yes, all surround receivers can change the speaker levels individually.

• All speakers can be adjusted separately during the set up of the receiver. After the set up is done, there is just the one master volume control that adjusts The entire volume. I used the included set up microphone to adjust mine to my sitting location, and have not had to touch it since. Happy with the set up it Came up with!!!
