• Using the setup on the TV, select the connected receiver for the port it's on and save.

• Without more information on how and what cables your working with we can only guess at your setup can help you . If your connecting with HDMI cables make certain your using the HDMI port on your TV labeled "ARC" (Audio Return Channel). You have to look closely to find the arc HDMI port depending on your TV brand no standard in the labeling yet .

• Without more details, it is not possible to diagnose the problem. The audio connection must be made from the TV's "out" port and into an "in" port on the receiver.
