Using the setup on the TV, select the connected receiver for the port it's on and save.

If your connecting with HDMI cables make certain your using the HDMI port on your TV labeled "ARC" (Audio Return Channel). You have to look closely to find the arc HDMI port depending on your TV brand no standard in the labeling yet .
