Yes, the receiver can output to a 1080p TV. However, it is 4K ready when you do get the opportunity to upgrade to a 4K TV.

I would need more information about your speakers to properly answer your question about speaker compatibility. We recommend contacting your speaker manufacturer and see what they recommend as this is something they will be able to give a definite answer to. As for your TV as long as the TV has HDMI connections then yes it is compatible. Yes, the unit is capable of playing MP3's from a USB stick. It is also folder compliant.

So this unit does not have a PHONO input however if your Sony turntable does then you can connect it to the MEDIA PLAYER Audio IN on the receiver. However, if your Sony turntable does not have a PHONO amp built into it then you will need an external PHONO amp in order to make this connection work. So turntable to external PHONO amp then external PHONO amp to the MEDIA PLAYER Audio IN on the receiver. It is very possible that the signal may be sent to both units. As IR commands are usually the same among units for standard functions such as power and/or volume. A common fix is to possbly move them away from each other or to use the Denon remote app if the units are compatible.
