It is 125 watts per channel. I spoke directly with techs at Denon on this, you get 125 watts per channel, all channels , it is not rated on 2 channels as some will say, it is 125 watts per channel ,every channel , no matter how many you are using. By the way , Denons flag ship the x8500h is 150 watts per channel.
