QuestionI see this is now available to purchase direct from Denon as well as from Crutchfield, B&H etc with immediate shipping. Why is Best Buy still not showing any stock? I am a Total Tech member so prefer to buy thru Best Buy but don't want to wait too long.

- Answer Hi Brad, Best Buy's distribution team should have the answer to that question. Once we have sent product to distribution, we have no means of tracking any products. If you speak with an employee of a local Best Buy store who specializes in their audio selection, they should be able to assist.

QuestionWhat do you do if you have asked one of the magnolia sales people and they don't know. They took my contact information and stated they will have one of their installation engineers call me, so far it has been crickets. I am disappointed.
