“TV and Hearing aid streaming device I have a ReSound Unite TV device that streams the sound from a TV to my hearing aids. I recently purchased a new Sony TV that does not have the RCA type audio out connection on the back of the TV and only has an optical audio output. Will this device provide the proper alternate connection? Do I need a separate audio cable to connect the device to the TV that is not included?”

I see no reason you couldn't use this for your hearing aids if those aids have RCA connectors. It comes with a TSO Link cable. I will tell you in advance there is a slight 25-30 millisecond delay induced as part of the physical audio translation but you probably won't sense it.
