Probably best to replace the unit as a cold solder can cause introduce interference to the signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.short and easy... Best Buy can probably fix it, but it would be easier and less costly, if not the same cost, to just buy a new one. A new part wouldn't cost much from the manufacturer if you could obtain it. Personally I would suggest buying a new connector and calling it a day.
