QuestionHow do you adjust the height for the carpet? mine is on the lowest level and makes it very difficult to push. I tried to just push up the bottom but that didn't work.

QuestionWhen I try to vacuum on my new rugs - I can barely push the vacuum. IT works well on a short berber rug and hard floor - but not on the carpet. It is is not a high push carpet. Just a little above a berber

- Answer I typically find this means that you need to clean your brush head. I have long hair, and it will get wrapped around the bar that is engaged when you set the Dyson for carpet. You will need to remove the cover using a straight screw driver and clean any hair or fibers that are wound around the bar/head. You should find that it works fine.

QuestionWhat is the process for warranty replacement on this product. I have an issue with roller not rolling, just stopped and it will not spin. Is there something I need to do because I cleaned it out and still won’t roll. Any advice is appreciated

- Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The power button for the Dyson Ball Multifloor upright is near the base of the handle, and the top of the cyclone. QuestionHello I have a Dyson multi floor pet vacum for a year now the rubber band that is on the ball keeps slipping off and causing the vacum not to move freely what can I do to fix this small but trou l some issue. Any advice would be great thanks.

QuestionI have an older Dyson that is smaller my wife and I love it we purchased this one for my daughter for Christmas we noticed when you lock the handle upright it sucks out attachment pipe is this normal also the handle is hard to lock upright

- Answer Hello Robin, this is Kelly with Dyson. The DC50 is a more compact model, smaller in overall size, and provides less suction that our full size machines. The Dyson Ball Multi Floor is perfect for homes with both bare floors and carpeting, as the brush bar can be disabled should you desire. QuestionHI, I have an indoor outdoor carpet that has begun to pill due to strong suction from my Shark vacuum. I contacted the manufacturer of the carpet and they said I needed to use a lower setting on the suction. Does this vacuum have such ability?

QuestionJust purchased Stanton frieze/shag carpet. It’s extremely thick and high pile. My Kirby cannot raise high enough to accommodate carpet. How about this one? If not, can you recommend one?

- Answer Should self adjust, you can turn off the rotating brush and use suction only so you don’t destroy the carpet or vacuum
