“I only have hardwood floors or tile, no installed carpet. I do have several wool or fragile smaller carpets. How well will this canister work on these? Do the included attachments work for upholstery, lampshades, louverdrapes and under low furniture?”

Hi Annie, This is Carissa with Dyson. Our Cinetic Animal Canister comes with a stair tool and combination tool, and of course the turbine head. We would recommend the Flat out tool or the Articulating Hard Floor for those specialty smaller carpets. We do have a Mattress tool for upholstery and lampshades.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This vacuum will suck up your smaller size rugs. Also, check your rug instructions as vacuums with a beater brush can damage rugs. The vacuum works very well on my two large area rugs but does pull the fibers out of one them.. I would purchase a different vacuum if I had to choose all over again.
