A:AnswerHi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. While we cannot speak to which parts Best Buy may stock, I can confirm that the Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy does not have any belts that you would need to replace.

A:AnswerCall Dyson. Have your serial and model number for your vacuum handy- its on your vacuum or your owners manual. They are all super helpful at making sure you get the correct part and will walk you through putting the new part on or you’ll have the option of getting it repaired by a shop Dyson recommends.
A:AnswerIT HAS BEEN GREAT THUS FAR. NOTHING THAT HAS BEEN VACUUMED HAS BEEN STUCK, WRAPPED AROUND THE BAR NOR HAS IT GOTTEN STUCK WHEN FULL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REAL DEEP DOWN CLEAN.
A:AnswerHi Carol, this is Carissa with Dyson. We are thrilled to he you cannot part with your Dyson and wish to travel, but we are keen to clarify. Dyson's are not dual voltage, the US voltage is 110/120v and if used with a converter we are not able to guarantee the life of the unit. We hope this information proves useful. Best wishes, Dyson Customer Support

The Cinetic uses our latest cyclone technology. Meaning no filters to maintain and more efficient than other models
