QuestionWhen assembling vacuum there appears to be an extra part. The part is shown in one view that was PRE ASSEMBLED at the factory. Second question is DOES THE HEAD articulate. It appears to have restricted movement due to red locking ring.

They are all super helpful at making sure you get the correct part and will walk you through putting the new part on or you’ll have the option of getting it repaired by a shop Dyson recommends.

- Answer IT HAS BEEN GREAT THUS FAR. NOTHING THAT HAS BEEN VACUUMED HAS BEEN STUCK, WRAPPED AROUND THE BAR NOR HAS IT GOTTEN STUCK WHEN FULL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A REAL DEEP DOWN CLEAN.

- Answer Hi Carol, this is Carissa with Dyson. We are thrilled to he you cannot part with your Dyson and wish to travel, but we are keen to clarify. Dyson's are not dual voltage, the US voltage is 110/120v and if used with a converter we are not able to guarantee the life of the unit. We hope this information proves useful.
