- Answer As mentioned, Best Buy price matches. If you have a Best Buy Visa card you can also take advantage of whatever no-interest deals they're running at the time, and earn some nice points toward other in-store purchases. Seems like I make 1-2 big purchases at Best Buy every year and I'm perpetually improving my DVD collection at no cost. :)

QuestionDyson rep: My charger is fried and Dyson CS says you're out of stock. The charger has been "out of stock" for months, so I haven't been able to use my vacuum for months. I have a (broken) V8, can I use that charger instead? This stock situation is NOT OK.

QuestionWhat is required voltage to charge it up? Is it fine to charge 110v-220v?

QuestionHi, I received an iRobot Roomba 980 for Christmas and I barely ever used it. It was easier to just sweep or use a manual vacuum cleaner. I was wondering if it's too late to trade it in for a different vacuum cleaner? And would I need the original receipt?

QuestionLooking to potentially purchase this unit through either Best Buy or Dyson directly. From Dyson, it has a 5 year warranty. Does the 5 year extended warranty from Dyson cover the battery? What about battery fade? On the manual it's not very clear. thx!

- Answer I talked to Dyson direct, but decided to purchase mine from Best Buy, because I could buy the extended warranty from Best Buy. With Best Buy’s extended warranty, you can take it back to the store and they will give you a brand-new one, rather than having to mail it back to the factory for them to fix or replace. Much better to go through Best Buy. Plus you get the cash-back rewards through Best Buy.

QuestionI bought a v10 and very happy with the performance. However, we will move to a country that uses 220 volts. Can I still use my V10?

- Answer You need to contact Dyson about getting a 220V charger is all you need. Since they are an international company they would most likely have what you need. But I would tell them where you are going as to what you need, 220V does not sound right. Might be correct, I can't be sure....

QuestionWhat is the difference between v10 complete and v10 absolute?

- Answer I wondered the same thing. It is the difference in the attachments. You can see the difference when you look into the details of each - the absolute is made for pet owners. We chose the absolute because we have two black labs and a lot of dog hair. The thing is amazing and we love it Good luck.

- Answer Yes, the absolute has the soft roller cleaner head. The attachment is $150 if purchased alone. And also the absolute is orange while the animal is purple.
