• A:Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Dyson cord-free machines feature adjustable suction power, making them ideal for homes with thicker carpeting. The Dyson V10 Animal has a torque drive cleaner head which includes a suction control lever in the cleaner head. • A:Answer Hello Nicholas, this is Kelly with Dyson. A few of our machines use dual voltage transformers making them compatible across a range of voltages. Q: QuestionCan you buy replacement or extra batteries for the V10? I know the batteries ware over time so I want to make sure I can replace it. I am also wondering if I can get another battery and charge it for if I need more cleaning time?

• A:Answer Don’t recharge the battery right after use. Don’t over-drain your lithium battery. Just don’t charge any lithium batteries when they are hot or even warm to touch. Google lithium battery care. My other dyson lasted for 4 years already without the battery going out on me. Instead the trigger button worn out me first...

• A:Answer You have to wait until it gets charged again. Dyson claiming 60 minutes runtime, but that is not true. it doesn't run more than 40/45 minutes.

Q: QuestionIs there a prop 65 warning for this vacuum? Several sites(Walmart, target etc) list this vacuum with a prop 65 warning. I understand Dyson changed the design in 2019, but even the new ones are still listed with prop 65 for various reasons.

Therefore, all Dyson products produced in 2019 and later do not require the prop 65 label. • A:Answer No it does not. It does include a mounting bracket which you can screw into the wall to hang it neatly (and this bracket allows the battery to charge as well but you do not HAVE to use the mounting bracket). The entire vacuum itself is very lightweight and easy to maneuver.
