- Answer The laser technology is on the attachment soft brush head of the v15. This vacuum has all the same functions and technology as the v15.

QuestionYou advertise the High Torque cleaner head feature as being an anti-tangle comb, but in my case that did not happen. The conical brush head is way too small for hair in larger areas. Do you have any other options or did I get a faulty high torque head?

Not only does this unit's High Torque cleaner head feature an anti-tangle comb to prevent tangling around the bristle, but you can also enjoy use of the Hair screw tool which features an anti-tangle conical brush bar for removing pet hair from upholstery and tight spaces. Questionhow long dues the battery last went you are vacuuming.

- Answer Depends on if you have carpet or hardwood flooring - the vacuum adjusts it's strength (and pull on the battery) depending on what floor service. I have a mix of carpet and floor, and one battery lasts anywhere from 50-55 minutes. This vacuum comes with two batteries - I typically have to dip into the second battery when doing a whole house vacuum. With both batteries, it provides excellent coverage so you will not run out of power.

The red Outsize which is on clearance for $639 includes the following: the mini motorhead, mini soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, your main torque drive floor tool, the combination tool, crevice tool and an extra battery pack for up to 120 minutes of run time. The Outsize Total Clean for $849 will include your soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush, reach under tool, light pipe crevice tool, hair screw tool, the torque drive cleaner head, combination tool and crevice tool. - Answer From my understanding the outsize has a bigger bin and two floor heads. One for multi-use such as in carpets and hard floors. It also comes with the laser head. Can't wait to add this vacuum to my cleaning tool arsenal!

QuestionDoes this model come with fluffy brush head? I see the fluffy head comes w/ v15 which is out of stock on BB & dyson direct. The outsize plus on dyson seems to have the fluffy head so being this model is BB specific does it mean it comes w/ both heads?

You will just point the canister over your dust bin, and firmly push the red bin release button. The bin will slide down, cleaning the shroud as it goes and the bin base will open. This model does NOT include the Laser Slim Fluffy cleaner head. At this time, there is no word on if we will be having our retail partners carry the Absolute+.
