This model Dyson - V6 Motorhead Bagless Cordless Stick Vacuum is intended for the North American market and only support 110/120 volt service.

Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries they are sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed for 110-120v electricity. Our machines are not multi-voltage. A power converter would be needed to use the machine in different countries; and we do not recommend using a converter, as it may affect performance or damage the unit. Additionally, warranty support is not available for units taken out of the country as we do not ship internationally. We will be happy to provide additional details via email at [email protected]. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The charger that plugs into the wall has the standard "American" double prongs. On the charger it says input is 110 to 240 V and 50/60 Hz. Hope this helps.
