The $349 is a direct drive motor, the $299 is the older type, it is motorized but not Direct driven. The latter means a more efficient use of battery and more importantly, means (75% according to Dyson™) stronger brushing equaling superior cleaning.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, just the amount/types of attachments that are included. The vacuums are identical.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are four different models. I'm unsure if the prices are accurate. I know there is a base model and a plus model that comes with more attachments. There is an animal version that's designed more for pet hair pickup. There's and a absolute version that retails for 599.99. It has two distinct motorheads for carpet and hardwood. It's a little more powerful as well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Some of them do different things! I am not sure on all of them, but the purple ones pick up cat and dog hair!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was explained to me that the $ difference is the number of attachments included.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think it's the kind of roller...I got the middle model because I have dogs and I don't want to have to keep pulling hair etc it off the smaller roller. The one I got doesn't seem to do that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's not much a difference between the middle levels other than the extensions you receive with them. The only 2 that seem to have better performance than the others would be the Animal and especially the Absolute. The Absolute is by far worth the money after it's recent redesign.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and the power is significantly better
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The price!!!! Even the most expensive one Dyson features only vacuums for a few minutes at a time before needing a 3.5 hour charge again. It is a complete waste of time and money in my opinion; save your money and get something that is less expensive. Dyson does a great job of marketing their products but for the price, most of them are simply not worth the money. If you can afford $400 dollars for a lightweight cordless vac that only works less than ten minutes at a time before needing another 3 1/2 hour charge again then by all means waste your money.
