A:AnswerYou probably have dirt/hair blocking it. Check carefully from the collection bin all the way to the floor attachment to find and clear the blockage. This is very common.
A:AnswerUnscrew the HEPA filter at the back. A slight turn should do it. Then lift the pre filter out of the top of the unit. You can wash them with cold water only and wait 24-48 hours for them to completely dry. Then you can put them back in.

A:AnswerHello Nina, this is Kelly with Dyson. Use of the docking station is optional. The dock itself won't provide power to the machine, without use of the charger in conjunction. The charger can be plugged in directly to the machine.
