Q: QuestionCan anyone clarify the details regarding the operating temperature in the specifications. It states on the Best Buy site under specifications that a maximum ambient temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit is needed to avoid ineffective operation

The thermostat live view feature does not require an ecobee Smart Security subscription. We do not sell doorbell transformers and recommend you work with an electrician to install one.
