• Yes. I currently capture my Xbox Series S into the HD60X and my iPhone as a webcam for streaming on the HD60S so it would work if you used 2 HD60X even, but that might be overkill.

• Haven’t tested, but the pc would have a hard time encoding all of that. You would have to have quite a beast machine to dual encode multiple audio and he video sources.
