Yes you can use the printer without a computer. My computer is not wifi and I dont have I enternet and I haven't hooked up with cable connection. But I have used it to make copies and I have printed out a dozen pictures from a sd card. I like my new printer.

Yes this Epson printer can be used as a stand alone copier. That is what I use it for. I'm very impressed with it, so far.

Not sure exactly what you mean. You can scan a document to your computer and then make copies. Is that what you want?
