“I just purchased the Epson Expression 15000 for the purpose of printing digital heat transfers but all of the prints have horizontal lines in the same place each print on transfer paper. Do I have to use epson transfer paper or there a different issue?”

JW Digital Supply check out his youtube video i belive its the metal part that is screwed try it with out it and let me know how it works

Hi Ropupahau, While we do not test third party media using the Expression Photo HD XP-15000, you may want to try driver settings for paper type and print quality to see if that yields better results. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
