A:AnswerI tried to. I printed my photo but the post office didn't accept it due to being the wrong size. I thought I followed their guidelines but retook and paid for the post office to do it.
A:AnswerYou need to disassemble the machine to replace the ink pads and then you need to purchase a code on eBay to get the printer re-set to start working again. It should be illegal do to that. I’ll never buy another one.
