I use it with quickbooks online. I would imagine that it works for every version of quickbooks. Yes it automatically creates an expense folder in quickbooks and then all you have to do is categorize it as fuel, freight , supplies, meals or whatever it is that it falls into. The software is free for the 30 days after that you have to pay another 120 I believe it was. Nevertheless it's still worth it. You can scan and categorize upload all your receipts on a monthly basis in a very short amount of time.
