- Answer Hello Shashana. The ES-400 II can scan your documents to various cloud storage services like Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive, and OneDrive. Unfortunately, the printer does not have an option to save scans to a portable device, but you can connect and save your jobs to a computer running macOS or Microsoft Windows. - Answer Hello IronFireman. Yes, the ES-400 II can scan on plastic cards less than 1.24mm thick and 2.1 × 3.3 inches in size, and laminated cards 4.7 × 5.9 inches in size and 0.8 mm thick. You can also purchase the optional flatbed scanner dock, which would also require either a V19 or V39 scanner. This will allow you to scan a passport booklet that generally would not feed properly in the machine's feeder. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hello Don. We recommend looking at the WF-7840 printer. It's a wide format printer that can print up to 13" x 19" and scan originals up to 11.7" x 17" in size. - Answer Hello Casey. The ES-400 II can scan photos. However, we recommend using an optional carrier sheet loading photos directly into the input tray as this may wrinkle or damage the original. Also, your photos may not have the same color depth as the original. Using the optional flatbed scanner dock accessory will help achieve the best color reproduction of photos. - Answer It handles images okay. I think a 500 or 600 series in the same line would work far better as those other models are designed for images and photos. This model (400 series) is much better for text documents.

- Answer The color photos worked well but the black & white photos came out really bad. I believe there are adjustments, but we haven't worked with them yet because 90% of our work so far is written pages.
