  • QuestionStupid question…once scanned do these photos auto upload to a digital Dropbox location that can be accessed online or do they need to be uploaded to your hard drive?

    • Answer Hello Matt. You have several options for saving your scans. You can scan directly to a cloud service, or if you're using a computer, you can save files to your local storage. Feeding valuable cards directly through the automatic document feeder (ADF) carries some risk of scratches, edge wear, or jams.     • Answer Hello. The ES-590W is primarily designed for document scanning. If want to scan photos, you can use the carrier sheet to avoid damaging the photos.     • Answer Hello. Yes, the ES-590W can scan plastic and laminated cards. Plastic cards must be 2.1" × 3.3" in size and no more than 0.05 inches in thickness. Laminated cards must be up to 4.7" × 5.9" in size and have a maximum thickness of 0.03 inches. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
