A:AnswerI did follow the instructions step by step. Recommendation: ready first, do not have many people around you (such helpers) carefully take off the blue tape one-by-one and check the quality of paper you are using.
A:AnswerYou should have the option as to how you want to save it once you scan your document. I also suggest calling Geeksquad or other support teams depending on what kind of computer or laptop you own. For example: If you have a MacBook or iMac, apple support is very helpful. Hope this helps
A:AnswerGently push and tray will slide back into holder, remember to leave up the paper return tray as you slide paper tray into printer. See *Start Here* instructions section #4 illustration #5.
