  • QuestionWhen I print more than 1 page, it frequently pulls more than 1 sheet. This is a problem when I do a small check run (maybe 10 checks) because it ALWAYS pulls more than 1 sheet and then the check numbers are off. Any tricks to stop this?

    • Answer Hello. This could be attributed to the paper brand or type being used in the WF-3820. Rollers that feed the paper along with other internal components can cause this too happen as well.     • Answer Though this printer is amazing, this is an inkjet printer. Inkjet printers are generally insufficient for making t-shirts that last. Depending on the volume of business you do, you may want to invest in screen printing equipment. If you're only making a few shirts at a time, you may want to try a Cri-cut machine (somewhat like a cross between a printer and a 3D printer, that uses a blade to cut vinyl).

Also, we have not tested vinyl paper on the printer, so we cannot guarantee print functionality.   • QuestionDoes this model go into an auto-sleep or auto-off mode? I am thinking of switching from HP because they have an auto-off mode that can't be adjusted requiring me to unplug and repower the printer if it goes 2 hours without use.
