- Answer Yes, I do it all the time and not a problem with Online Labels paper. It’s painful with thicker card-stock though. Even though it prints beautifully, I probably wouldn’t do greeting cards on this particular printer again. My next printer will be an upgrade for sure.

Questionthe carriage will not move over to allow me space to install the cartriges - i can get the black in but not the others what am i doing wrong?

- Answer Hello lad. We recommend initiating an ink cartridge change by going into the control panel for the WF-3820 and selecting Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement > Start. Then lift the scanner unit until you hear a click, and the carriage should slide over to replace the cartridges. - Answer Hello J. Unfortunately, we have not tested waterproof inkjet film on the WF-3820 to confirm compatibility. We recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the film to verify. - Answer Yes, you can do this very easily using the printer control panel. First, plug your USB flash drive into the USB port on the front of the printer - next, you select SCAN on the control panel and it will ask for the output destination and select the USB drive. At this point, it will let you select format, quality, and other settings. Very Easy!
