• Hello Gigi. When using Epson Scan 2, select Advanced Scan Settings and then "Edge Fill." Choose this option, and it will help remove shadows from your scanned files. Additionally, from the control panel, you can try choosing the "Remove Shadow" option under "Scan Settings." Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
