QuestionCam2Pro2K base is WiFi (not Ethernet) connected. Works v well in NY w US iPhone. When I go to Europe WiFi connection of same US iPhone goes through different local WiFi & AT&T WiFi. Connection to base is lost. I have a European iPhone too. Any solution?

- Answer The only possible reason I can think of is, security based, Because the base is located in the US, and you are trying to connect to it from Europe, it may not be able to authenticate properly. Try connecting to it through a VPN that is based in the US, and see if that fixes the issue.

- Answer Eufy sells a solar panel -- search for Solar Panel for eufy Security Wire-Free Cameras. Wasserstein has solar panels for many different security cameras from various manufacturers, but they do not have one for the eufyCam 2 Pro 2K camera at this time.

- Answer I've recently purchase the eufy pro cam 2. I cannot speak to the technical specifications but practically speaking, the video can detect a person vs just detecting motion and will clip the face of the person identified for closer view. I assume that is what the AI chip does and what you are looking for.
