• A:Answer Strange thing about this unit is that you need to open both doors to access the drawer. At 90 degrees the doors need about one inch of space, on either side, for swing. Each door allows access for items located on the the shelves, but as stated, anything in the drawer requires both to be opened.

• A:Answer No, it does not. Ice is dispensed into a plastic tray/container located in the freezer drawer. Ice dispenses automatically into container and senses when low/full. Plastic tongs on side of dispenser.
