I've had mine for a while and haven't encountered this at all with the Blaze.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had my Blaze for about 6 months now. I haven't had any problems with it at all. I had a Flex prior to the Blaze for about a year and a half and had to replace the band due to splitting. I think the plastic that is used in the band's only lasts for a certain amount of time. No problems with the face of my Blaze either. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue with 2HRs. With the Blaze, the face is removable and I purchased a screen protector,similar to the kind you would for a phone. So if my band gets broken or I want a different color, I pop the face out and use a different band.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Fitbit Blaze band is very durable. Its wide and thick. I cannot imagine it splitting for a very long time.
