“Can holes be punched into leather band to make it smaller...wife has a wrist that is 5.25 inches which is 0.25 inches smaller than smallest size or as an alternative can a watchmaker/repair man put on one of their own bands”

Hi! I too have a small wrist and I took my leather band and tracker to my "watch guy" and he worked on the band, measured my wrist and added two extra holes and "re-sized" my leather tracker band so it then fit my wrist perfectly! You might want to consider taking the new leather band, the tracker and your wife with you and visit your watch guy too! There's a good chance he'll be able to help you just like my watch guy was able to help me. Good luck and I hope this helps!
