Kiki, I experience the same problem, mine says I've taken over 400 steps before I'm even out of bed. Plus it has my pulse rate at 133 when I'm sitting. But I do like tracking my water intake plus tracking how much I'm sleeping at night.

Please try again later.Hi Kiki Calories burned takes in a lot of factors such as what is your present weight , height, daily calorie need.. how much energy did you use within that hour.slow/fast ... Are you thinking that it should be more? You can by the amount of exercise / energy used be in the negative for calories needed and calories spent. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do know that Fitbit calculates your total calories burned all day, even if you sit around doing nothing your body burns calories. Maybe the calories you burned during your workout were added to what you had already burned that day?
