It comes with a small band and a large band. I have a pretty small wrist for an adult and I fit the small one at around the middle, so most likely.

Yes, I would imagine so. It fits our 15 year old's wrist. It does comes with an extra extended band to add if too small.

Yes, the small band fits my 9yo boys wrist with I think 2 holes left.
