• I would not rely on the Fitbit for this. The ECG will show inconclusive.

• I don't believe so. It shows your heart rate. There is a separate app you can download in the FitBit app that works with your watch. It's called ECG and shows a heart. I have not tried it so I don't know how extensive it is. Sorry
