Whats the difference between sence snd versa3 null

My understanding is that SEnse has more "health" features (like EKG for your heart rhythm, etc). The Versa 3 has PLENTY of health features including SpO2 (early Covid or pulmonary detection) yet it just depends on what you "need" from your watch wearable. Best place for comparison is on Fitbit website.
