- Answer Yes. You can use find my phone and as long as it's connected within 60 ft or something like that, it'll set off the buzzer on your phone.

- Answer It does not. It has been requested in the Fitbit community forums so it might become a feature in the future on Fitbit devices. Have the Garmin Venu2s and it has fall detection if you're looking for an alternative to Apple. Sure other watches of theirs have it as well

- Answer Like other watches you can customize the face to include a second hand for those professionals that need it for use in their field. I’m not 100% certain about the timeout feature but my guess would be that it too can be customized.
