A:AnswerYes, but you have to do a little bit of work. I have a sliding window and it works great. You do have to cut a board, or what we used was sheet rock. CUT to fit the top half of window over ac. Then tape up any holes or any area you want to secure and your all set. The good news is if you save the cut piece you can reuse it every year.
