QuestionHi, I test installed the new mini AC and left it on "cool" for about 20 minutes. I turned it off to move to another window, but when I lifted the AC, a lot of water leaked from the front (onto my clothing and floor). Is that normal? Or defective??

- Answer The unit itself is 16" but if you use the louvers it requires at least 20". You do not need to use the louvers. Hope this helps.
