“Hi, I test installed the new mini AC and left it on "cool" for about 20 minutes. I turned it off to move to another window, but when I lifted the AC, a lot of water leaked from the front (onto my clothing and floor). Is that normal? Or defective??”

It is important to make sure that your appliance is installed properly per the instructions with a slight tilt away from the window for proper drainage out the rear of the appliance.
