• Press R or F. Set the temperature level. That's it! Simple, easy to use. You can switch back, but I purchased two units so I would not have to. I run one R and one F.

• Unit model FKCH17F7HW has the option to operate to function and hold temperatures as a freezer would or as an all refrigerator. Thank you, Frigidaire
