Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know! Best Buy was to have the units (4 of them) installed. These were purchased in early July. There were 2 no shows, and once the installer did not have the equipment and gave a series of excuses blaming the Elevator schedule. It is now a month later in the height of the NYC summer heat, and we have no air conditioning. The Best Buy folks are very apologetic, but this does not help. The installing Contrator seems to control them instead of the other way around. If you need something installed, don't use Best Buy is all I can say.
