- Answer Check the leveling on the unit. If you want to make sure that the doors will close when you leave them open then changing the leveling so it is tilted slightly back.

- Answer Check the baffle that is in the center back of the refrigerator. I should be there and slightly blocked to allow only a partial amount of freezer air to be transferred to the refrigerator area. Not wide open directing below freezing air instead of 40 degrees F.

- Answer Because the new design of refrigerators puts the condenser coils on the bottom of the refrigerator instead of on the back of the refrigerator, where they have been for decades. This allows the homeowner a lot more storage space inside the refrigerator, which is a plus, but at the same time you will have to reach a lot farther to get something out of the back of the refrigerator.
