““Just delivered 3 days ago, the icemaker is not working properly. The display shows that the icemaker is "On", but the arm is up -- in the position when the ice is full... it is making ice, but at day 3 only half full. Also crushed ice comes from both?”

I have no problems with such at all. Time to call GE customer service or the GeekSquad if you bought a plan
